How do I setup a meeting?

When you purchase a package, you will be sent an email, in that email there are directions on how to setup a meeting.

Is In-Person Tutoring offered?

Typically, In-Person tutoring is not offered, however if you email us, we may be able to set up something with an additional fee.

How do I setup a Group Session?

To setup a group session, email or message us for rates, and you will receive a better rate per person that the online private sessions.

What subjects are offered?

We offer a wide variety of subjects and if we do not have a tutor that suits your subject, we will give you a full refund.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically scheduled for an hour, but with the package of hours, you are able to request a longer session, as long as you have hours left on your account.

What if the Cancellation Policy?

We offer a makeup session to any cancellation more than 10 hours prior to a scheduled session. Any cancelation after that will result in a loss of 50% on that session only and the rest can be put towards another session. Must be done via an email to pocketprofessortutoring@gmail.com.

What is the no show policy?

If a student doesn't show up to their session within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, they are considered a no show and will lose that session, unless they notified their tutor more than an hour prior and attempted to reschedule or move the session.

If the tutor is late, they are required to make up the time they missed. If they are more than 10 minutes, email us with your tutor's name and scheduled appointment time, and we will give you an extra hour of tutoring at no charge.
